ALTERNATIVE CREDIT FUNDS

JM Financial Property Fund (‘Fund’) is a real estate focused, private equity fund that has invested in residential, hospitality and mixed use development assets at individual project or holding level development companies.

The Fund is managed by Infinite India Investment Management Ltd. (‘Infinite’), a 100% owned subsidiary of JM Financial Limited. The Fund has made investments in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata and a few leading Tier II cities. The objective of the underlying portfolio companies is to acquire land parcels, develop them into high quality end products and lease/sell them to potential users/acquirers.

Infinite has made 14 investments and has successfully negotiated complete exits from 8 of its investments and partial exits from 2 of its investments. Infinite has so far returned ~105% of total capital contribution received by it (on Indian Rupee basis) and is in the process of structuring negotiated exits for the balance investments.
