Ms. Swapna Dey

Managing Director & Co-Head - Corporate Financing Solutions Group

Swapna is the Co-Head of Corporate Financing Solutions Group, which is a dedicated credit platform providing the entire gamut of financing solutions comprising advisory, balance sheet lending and debt capital market services to our corporate clients. In her role, Swapna oversees the various credit businesses of the Group comprising capital market financing, investment grade / fixed income placements, structured lending as well as credit sales, trading and syndication of all debt financing products.

Swapna has over 20 years of experience in financial services, specifically focused on leveraged financing and debt capital markets across Europe and Asia. She started her career with Goldman Sachs London and thereafter has worked with Barclays Capital London and Standard Chartered Bank in their investment banking and financing divisions.

Swapna completed her post-graduation from IIM Ahmedabad and is a qualified Company Secretary.
