Swapna is the Managing Director of the Capital Solutions Group, which is a dedicated team in the Investment Banking & Markets Division offering clients access to a full spectrum of advisory and financing solutions, under one roof, with speed and certainty of execution, backed by balance sheet.

The Capital Solutions Group seeks to leverage JM Financial's deep corporate client relationships to originate and seamlessly execute high-quality financing and investment opportunities across asset classes being private credit, structured finance, equity-linked instruments etc. It is a market-leading, “client-first”, solution driven platform, bridging the gap between corporate capital needs and investor capital deployment across public and private markets.

Swapna has over 20 years of experience in financial services sector, specifically focused on leveraged financing and debt capital markets across Europe and Asia. She started her career with Goldman Sachs London and thereafter has worked with Barclays Capital London and Standard Chartered Bank Mumbai in their investment banking and financing divisions. 

Swapna completed her post-graduation from IIM Ahmedabad and is a qualified Company Secretary.
