Since joining JMFARC in 2017, he has driven the acquisition and resolution of several large and complex accounts, delivering significant value for all stakeholders.

In his current role, he spearheads the revival of distressed companies, leading the acquisition and resolution of high-value, complex assets across a broad range of industries, including power, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and real estate.

Mr. Kumar holds an MBA in Finance and a Law degree — a combination that gives him sharp financial acumen paired with strong legal insight. He has led high-stakes negotiations and structured effective resolution strategies throughout his career. Prior to JMFARC, he worked with ARCIL and IARC, where he led the restructuring and turnaround of complex transactions.
